Pride Parade SWAG

Project: Pride Parade – In-house T-shirt and Banner Design

Before Science World’s brand refresh, I was asked to redesign the staff t-shirts for the annual Pride Parade using our previous logo. In past years, the shirts featured a simple white heart with the logo inside, but since Science World is a science centre, we thought it would be fitting to replace the generic heart with an anatomical heart illustration.

I hand-drew the artwork and collaborated with our in-house science team to ensure anatomical accuracy while keeping the design playful and vibrant. Staff wore shirts in every color of the rainbow (ROYGBIV), forming a walking rainbow as they marched together. Each banner we carried highlighted a different science fact paired with a simple illustration, connecting the spirit of Pride with curiosity and learning.

This project was such a joy to create — a perfect mix of science, creativity, and celebration.
